Horry County, S.C. – One person was hospitalized after being injured in a motorcycle accident on Sunday evening in Horry County.
According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 5 p.m. in the area of Carolina Forest Boulevard and Stafford Drive.
A motorcycle and a car reportedly collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
Horry County Fire Rescue arrived at the scene and transported the rider to an area hospital for treatment.
South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
