Pocatello, ID. – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a pickup truck at an intersection in downtown Pocatello on Saturday night.
According to the Pocatello Fire Department, the accident happened around 10:40 p.m. at South First Avenue and East Carter Street.
A motorcyclist is reported to have crashed into the rear of a pickup truck in unclear circumstances.
The rider was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment.
The motorcycle was totaled in the collision while the pickup truck suffered moderate damage.
The pickup truck driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
