Staten Island. NY. – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after being injured in a collision in Dongan Hills on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the FDNY/EMS, the accident happened around 12:15 p.m. at Hylan Boulevard and Reid Avenue.
A 34-year-old man was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a car.
The motorcycle flipped after the collision, ejecting the man.
The man was injured in the accident and was transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze.
The 24-year-old male driver of the car was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
