Fort Mill, S.C. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car on Friday morning in Fort Mills.
According to the South Carolina State Highway Patrol, the accident happened along Carowinds Boulevard (US-21) near Pineville-Rock Hill Road (SC-51).
A Nissan SUV was traveling south on Carowinds Boulevard and was trying to turn left onto Pineville-Rock Hill Road when it collided with a motorcycle traveling north on Carowinds Boulevard.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
No other injuries were reported in the crash.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
