Jackson County, OR. – A motorcyclist died after crashing into a semi-truck on Friday morning in Jackson County.
According to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened on I-5 North near milepost 34.
A motorcyclist was riding on the freeway when he crashed into a commercial semi-truck.
Fire District 3 and Mercy Flights responded to the incident and pronounced the rider dead at the scene.
The identity of the rider was not disclosed pending notification of the next of kin.
Oregon State Police (OSP) is investigating the accident.
