Jacksonville, FL. – A man was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Tuesday evening in Jacksonville.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7:39 p.m. on Interstate 95 near Beaver Street.
A 31-year-old Jacksonville man was riding a motorcycle northbound on the freeway when he crashed into the rear of an SUV that was disabled after the driver experienced a vehicle malfunction.
The rider was killed in the collision.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
