Lafayette, LA. – A 30-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday evening in Lafayette.
According to the Lafayette Police Department, the accident happened in the 1300 block of East Willow Street at Dogwood Drive.
An SUV was traveling eastbound on Willow Street and was attempting to turn left onto Dogwood when it collided with a motorcycle.
The 30-year-old motorcyclist was killed in the accident.
The SUV driver was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
