Lee County, FL. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car in Lee County on Sunday.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on SR-82 at Alabama Road around 8:35 a.m.
A vehicle reportedly drove directly into the path of the motorcyclist and caused the front of the motorcycle to collide with the vehicle.
The 40-year-old motorcyclist died at the accident scene.
The 25-year-old driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries.
