New Orleans, LA. – A motorcyclist died in a collision that happened in New Orleans on Saturday evening.
According to the New Orleans Police Department, the fatal crash happened around 8 p.m. in the area of Rampart Street and Philips Street.
Police say the rider was attempting to change lanes when he reportedly lost control and struck two cars.
The rider suffered serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
