Reno Motorcycle Crash Claims Young Life
A 12-year-old motorcycle rider died following a crash near Military Road and Convair Way in Reno on May 31.
Emergency crews responded to the incident at approximately 10:15 p.m. The rider, identified as Venicio Gudino, was pronounced dead on the scene from multiple blunt force injuries due to the collision with a vehicle, according to the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the vehicle remained on site and is cooperating with the ongoing investigation, with no evidence of impairment.
The Reno Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team (M.A.I.T.) is leading the investigation.
