Charlotte, N.C. – Two people were killed in a motorcycle accident that left two other people injured on Sunday morning in Charlotte.
According to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the accident happened around 1:30 a.m. on East W.T. Harris Boulevard.
A 25-year-old man was riding a motorcycle when he hit a Ford Fusion that was turning left.
The motorcyclist was killed in the accident.
A 14-year-old passenger of the Ford Fusion was taken to the hospital where they died.
Two other passengers of the car – a 20-year-old and a 10-year-old child – suffered minor injuries in the accident.
The driver of the car was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
