ROCKLAND, Maine (WABI) – A motorcycle collision with a car on Park Street left a 20-year-old man hospitalized with serious injuries Saturday evening.
The crash occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m. Authorities reported that the motorcycle driver was not wearing a helmet at the time.
Emergency responders transported the man to Pen Bay Medical Center for treatment. Maine State Police are assisting in the investigation.
Initial reports suggest that speed may have contributed to the incident. No criminal charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing.
