BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. — A 48-year-old motorcyclist died following a crash on Interstate 10 in Baldwin County on July 4.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) identified the victim as Stephen E. Foster of Ponchatoula, Louisiana.
According to ALEA, Foster was riding a Harley Davidson VMA motorcycle when he collided with a Honda Civic at approximately 8:35 a.m., near mile marker 55, about 12 miles east of Loxley.
Foster was thrown from his motorcycle and subsequently flown to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, where he was pronounced dead on July 13.
ALEA has not provided additional details regarding the crash but stated that the investigation is ongoing.
