Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Jay, Maine, Claims One Life
A motorcycle accident in Jay, Maine, on the evening of October 5 resulted in one fatality. Authorities said the collision occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. on Raymonds Way.
Two motorcycles were involved in the incident, with one rider, identified as 34-year-old Benjamin St. Pierre, sustaining fatal injuries. Another motorcyclist, 33-year-old Charles Meisner, was taken to a local hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening.
Emergency response included the Jay Fire Department and paramedics from the Androscoggin Valley Hospital. The roadway was closed for several hours while an investigation was conducted by the Maine State Police.
