Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Boothbay Harbor Crash
BOOTHBAY HARBOR, ME — A motorcycle crash on Route 27 left one person seriously injured on Saturday evening.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:45 p.m., involving two vehicles, a motorcycle and a car, heading southbound. According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, the motorcyclist, a 29-year-old man, sustained critical injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital via ambulance.
Emergency responders from the Boothbay Harbor Fire Department assisted at the scene. Authorities closed one lane on Route 27 for approximately two hours, allowing for the investigation and cleanup of the wreckage.
