A motorcycle crash injured a Huntsville man Saturday evening on Missouri 17, near Route AA, two miles south of Success.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred at 5 p.m. when a 2011 Harley-Davidson failed to navigate a curve, veered off the roadway, overturned, and ejected the rider. The 49-year-old driver, who was wearing a safety device, sustained moderate injuries.
He was airlifted to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for treatment. Authorities did not report any other vehicles involved in the crash. The scene was managed by local emergency services, and Missouri State Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation into the accident. There are currently no lane closures reported.
