18-Year-Old Motorcyclist Killed in San Diego Crash on I-805
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 19, 2026) – An 18-year-old man from Arizona was killed in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 805 near Eastgate Mall on Thursday.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Alexander Michael Charmoli was riding a motorcycle when he collided with a sedan at approximately 4:31 p.m. Charmoli was ejected from the motorcycle and later pronounced dead at Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla.
Authorities have not released further details regarding the cause of the accident. The crash is under investigation, and no additional injuries were reported.
