A 19-year-old man died in a motorcycle crash on Constitution Boulevard in Chippewa Township on the evening of Sept. 9, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Brandon L. Booher of Beaver was traveling north on his motorcycle when the accident occurred around 10 p.m. at the Chippewa Towne Center intersection.
Police reported Booher was “traveling at high speeds” when he disregarded a red signal and collided with a passenger vehicle turning left from Chippewa Towne Center onto Constitution Boulevard.
Booher was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with unspecified injuries.
Authorities said an investigation into the crash is ongoing. No additional details on lane closures or tows were provided.
