NEVADA, MO — April 25, 2025, one person was killed and another injured in a motorcycle accident on I-49 at approximately 5:55 p.m.
According to authorities, the incident occurred when a motorcycle, carrying two passengers, experienced a tire blowout. The motorcycle overturned, ejecting both occupants.
Emergency responders found that the passenger, identified as Beth Reeves, sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver was transported to a local hospital for serious injuries.
