Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of Adult Performer Lane Rogers in Oxnard
OXNARD, CA — Lane Rogers, 31, an adult-entertainment performer known professionally as Blake Mitchell, died following a motorcycle accident on Monday, October 9, 2023, at approximately 3:48 p.m.
According to the Ventura County Fire Department, Rogers was riding a rented motorcycle along the Pacific Coast Highway when he collided with a box truck. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at 3:58 p.m.
The crash is under investigation by local authorities, who have not disclosed further details about the circumstances surrounding the accident. No other injuries have been reported at this time, and no lane closures were noted.
Rogers’s family has been notified. Witnesses reported he had prior motorcycle experience.
