Taunton, MA. – A juvenile motorcyclist was hospitalized after being injured in a collision on Tuesday afternoon in Taunton.
According to Taunton Police Department, the accident happened around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Somerset Avenue and Silverwood Drive.
A 14-year-old Taunton boy was riding a Kayo mini-motorcycle when he collided with a Toyota Corolla.
The boy suffered serious injuries and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The 17-year-old Taunton girl driving the Toyota was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
