Carrington Man Injured in Motorcycle Crash in Foster County
FOSTER COUNTY, N.D. — A 31-year-old man from Carrington suffered life-threatening injuries following a motorcycle crash on Friday, July 17.
The incident occurred around 7:19 p.m. on Highway 9, approximately one mile west of Kensal, near mile marker 13. According to the North Dakota State Patrol, the rider lost control of a 1994 Harley-Davidson, exited the roadway, and struck a ditch before being ejected from the motorcycle.
Emergency responders transported the man via ambulance to a local hospital in Carrington. He was subsequently flown to Sanford Medical Center in Fargo for advanced medical care. Authorities confirmed that the rider was not wearing a helmet and lacked a motorcycle endorsement at the time of the accident.
The North Dakota State Patrol is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash. No further details have been released about the rider’s current condition.
