A Carrollton man suffered serious injuries in a motorcycle crash northwest of Norborne on Monday night, June 29.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 37-year-old was riding his motorcycle at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Route JJ near the intersection with County Road 111 when he lost control, causing the bike to skid and throw him off.
The rider was flown to a trauma center for treatment. Authorities confirmed he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the incident. No additional vehicles were involved, and there were no reported fatalities. The crash remains under investigation.
