Corey Harrison of ‘Pawn Stars’ is in recovery following a serious motorcycle crash that left him battling for his life.

(Gray News) — Corey Harrison from “Pawn Stars” is recovering after a serious motorcycle crash in Tulum, Mexico, on January 26.

According to authorities, the crash resulted in 11 broken ribs, a punctured lung, a concussion, and internal bleeding. Harrison initially spent 14 days in the hospital before discharging himself against medical advice.

After returning home, Harrison experienced severe pain and low blood oxygen levels, prompting friends to take him back to the hospital, where he spent an additional 18 days. He underwent three surgeries, with medical bills exceeding $100,000.

A GoFundMe page was created to assist with costs. Harrison stated he has exhausted his savings and is hesitant to use painkillers due to concerns stemming from a family tragedy.

Rick Harrison, Corey’s father, stated he paid all medical expenses prior to the GoFundMe campaign. He also emphasized Corey’s responsibility regarding his finances.

The crash occurred shortly before Rick Harrison’s wedding, which Corey was unable to attend due to his injuries.

Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the crash.
