Coushatta man dies in motorcycle crash early April 20 in Red River Parish, Louisiana, according to State Police.
At approximately 1 a.m., Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to a collision on Elmo Road, near Highway 71. The victim, identified as 41-year-old Preston Tilley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators reported Tilley was traveling south on a 1998 Harley Davidson when, for reasons under investigation, the motorcycle veered off the left side of the road and struck a tree. He was ejected from the bike and sustained fatal injuries.
Authorities conducted toxicology testing, and the investigation remains ongoing.
