Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Mount Prospect Identified
MOUNT PROSPECT, IL—A motorcycle crash on Rand Road near Henry Street claimed the life of a 36-year-old man on Saturday night, June 20.
According to the Mount Prospect Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 10:01 p.m. Responding officers discovered Scotty J. Stuck severely injured southeast of the intersection.
Emergency responders from the Mount Prospect Fire Department transported Stuck to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
Authorities confirmed that no other vehicles were involved in the crash. An investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing, and no charges have been filed. Lane closures were in effect during the response and initial investigation.
