STARK COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 55-year-old man from Dickinson died Tuesday night following a motorcycle crash on Highway 10.
The incident occurred at 8:14 p.m. on the 9500 block of Highway 10, west of Taylor. Conditions were dry at the time.
A 1991 Harley-Davidson motorcycle traveling west left the roadway, re-entered, and then the driver overcorrected, leading to his ejection.
The driver sustained serious, life-threatening injuries and was not wearing a helmet. He was transported to CHI St. Alexius Medical Center in Dickinson, where he later died.
Responding agencies included the Stark County Sheriff’s Office, Richardton EMS, and the Taylor Volunteer Fire Department.
The North Dakota State Patrol is investigating the crash.
