NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Claiborne County Mayor Joe Brooks died following a motorcycle accident on Friday afternoon in Tennessee.
The crash occurred around 4:10 p.m. on Highway 33, when Brooks, 56, reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and struck a guardrail. Authorities confirmed that the mayor sustained fatal injuries.
