Knoxville Man Dies in Sarasota County Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 75
Sarasota County, Florida (September 17, 2023) – A 24-year-old Knoxville man was killed Friday night after a motorcycle crash in Sarasota County.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred Friday night, September 15, on Interstate 75.
The rider was headed north on the 75 Freeway in the northbound center lane when for unknown reasons rear-ended a Van.
The motorcyclist was declared dead at the crash site.
The name of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
The occupants in the van were uninjured.

The crash remains under investigation.
