MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A motorcycle crash occurred on Saturday afternoon in Marion County, resulting in a fatality.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was traveling westbound on Mariacamp Road near Locust Place when it overturned on its left side.
The driver was transported to a local hospital, where they were pronounced dead, authorities confirmed.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident, and the crash remains under investigation.
