Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of 18-Year-Old in Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS, IN—An 18-year-old motorcyclist, Finan Jack Doyle, was killed in an accident on November 16, 2025. The incident occurred on West 10th Street near Chapel Glen, authorities confirmed.
Doyle, of Indianapolis, was reportedly traveling when a collision took place involving at least one other vehicle. Emergency responders arrived on the scene, but Doyle succumbed to his injuries shortly after. No additional injuries were reported from other parties involved.
According to law enforcement, the investigation remains ongoing. Witnesses described the scene as chaotic, with debris scattered across the roadway. The area experienced lane closures for several hours while investigators worked.
Doyle had recently graduated from Ben Davis High School and was attending Purdue University, where he studied Aeronautical Engineering Technology. He was a member of Purdue ROTC and aspired to join the U.S. Air Force as a fighter pilot.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for November 25, from 6–9 p.m. at the Chapel Glen Clubhouse, located at 640 Landsdowne Road. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up through the Wayne Township Education Foundation.
