Fitchburg Motorcycle Crash Claims Life of 44-Year-Old Man
FITCHBURG, MA — A 44-year-old man died following a motorcycle crash on Ashby State Road Saturday afternoon at approximately 3:30 p.m.
According to the Fitchburg Police Department, emergency responders found the man with serious injuries at the scene. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. His identity has not yet been released.
Authorities stated that the cause of the crash remains under investigation. The Fitchburg Police Department, along with the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (CEMLEC) crash reconstruction team, is handling the case.
