Fond du Lac motorcycle crash leaves man critically injured
FOND DU LAC – A 33-year-old Fond du Lac man was critically injured in a motorcycle crash on Saturday, June 13, at the intersection of Winnebago Drive and Mohawk Avenue, according to the Fond du Lac Police Department.
Authorities received the call about the incident at 5:15 p.m. The crash involved a motorcycle and a passenger vehicle. Fond du Lac Fire Rescue crews provided aid to the motorcyclist at the scene.
The man was transported by ambulance and later airlifted to a regional trauma center. He was reported to be in critical but stable condition as of Sunday.
The investigation is ongoing. A Fond du Lac police detective is assisting, with the Wisconsin State Patrol involved in crash reconstruction and documentation.
