SEVEN MOTORCYCLE RIDERS KILLED IN NEW HAMPSHIRE CRASH

RANDOM, NH — Seven motorcyclists were killed on June 21, 2019, when a pickup truck collided with their group near the American Legion post.

According to authorities, the group, consisting of Jarheads Motorcycle Club members, was traveling on Route 2 when a 23-year-old driver struck them. The crash involved a total of 15 motorcycles. Victims included club president Albert Mazza Jr. and six others, marking one of the deadliest motorcycle accidents in U.S. history.

Emergency services reported arriving at the scene shortly after the incident. Six had to be transported to local hospitals, while multiple lanes of Route 2 were closed for several hours due to the crash investigation.

Witnesses reported the truck burst into flames upon impact, raising concerns about the driver’s history of drug-related arrests. Investigations by New Hampshire State Police are ongoing.

Motorcycle clubs from across the country have since rallied in support of the victims’ families. A memorial event held at Gillette Stadium drew thousands, as bikers united to honor those lost.

Authorities continue to monitor the investigation into the driver’s previous infractions and license status.
