Motorcycle Officer Injured in Grover Beach Collision
A motorcycle officer with the Grover Beach Police Department was injured in a crash at 1:09 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of 4th Street and West Grand Avenue.
The collision involved the officer and a car, according to the Grover Beach Police Department. The officer sustained minor injuries and was hospitalized but has since been released. No other injuries were reported.
Authorities did not disclose further details on the circumstances of the crash, noting that all parties involved remained on the scene and cooperated with the investigation. There is no suspicion of drugs or alcohol, the department stated.
