DUNN COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) – A 71-year-old man died following a motorcycle accident on North Dakota Highway 22 on October 7, 2023.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Gene Schepp of Gardner lost control of his motorcycle near milepost 123. He reportedly failed to negotiate a curve, resulting in a rollover.
Emergency responders arrived on the scene, but Schepp was pronounced dead due to his injuries. The crash is under investigation by the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
No additional injuries were reported, and there were no other vehicles involved. Highway 22 was temporarily closed for the investigation and cleanup.
