Deputies responded to a fatal two-vehicle collision on Route 85 near Spectrum Drive at 10 p.m. on April 27.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Christoph Kenny, 39, of Ijamsville, was riding a 2019 Suzuki motorcycle when he rear-ended a 2013 Honda. Kenny was thrown from the motorcycle and sustained serious injuries.
Paramedics treated Kenny at the scene; however, he was pronounced dead shortly after. The driver of the Honda suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was hospitalized for evaluation.
The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
