MARION COUNTY, Fla. — A motorcycle accident on S.R. 40 resulted in a fatality on [date/time], according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The collision, involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck, caused the motorcycle to overturn, resulting in the ejection and subsequent death of the 34-year-old male driver.
Troopers pronounced the motorcycle driver dead at the scene. The pickup truck driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident.
