Investigation Underway After Fatal Motorcycle Crash in Cranberry Township.

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A motorcycle crash that occurred on a highway ramp has resulted in one fatality early Tuesday morning.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, the incident took place on the ramp from Route 228 westbound to I-79 northbound at approximately 1:50 a.m.

The crash was discovered later, at around 9:30 a.m. on Thursday. Authorities reported the motorcycle went off the southern side of the ramp, struck foliage, and ejected the rider.

The driver, identified as 36-year-old Milo R. Corll of Cranberry Township, was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Multiple police units and officials from the coroner’s office were observed on-site investigating the incident on Thursday morning.

No additional details regarding other vehicles or potential lane closures have been released, and the investigation is ongoing.
