Lawyer Charged in Deadly Motorcycle Collision Near Detroit

According to authorities, the incident occurred when Nahhat, 64, allegedly struck 48-year-old Julie Fathbruckner from behind while she was riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He is charged with leaving the scene of an accident and providing false statements to police.
The crash took place outside Detroit, prompting an investigation that utilized Flock cameras to locate Nahhat at his home shortly after the accident. Fathbruckner was pronounced dead at the scene.
