BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – A Louisiana man has died following a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 in Baldwin County on July 4.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Stephen Foster, 48, of Ponchatoula, La., was critically injured when his motorcycle collided with another vehicle near the 55-mile marker at 8:35 a.m.
Authorities reported that Foster was thrown from his motorcycle and was airlifted to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola.
Foster succumbed to his injuries on Monday, July 13, while receiving treatment at the hospital, ALEA confirmed.
An investigation is ongoing, and no further details have been released.
