Maine Man Dies in Hollis Collision Between Motorcycle and Tractor-Trailer.


Maine State Police are investigating a crash that killed a Limington man on Cape Road Wednesday evening.

At approximately 6:50 p.m., a motorcycle and a tractor-trailer collided near 718 Cape Road, part of Route 117. The operator of the motorcycle, identified as 43-year-old Michael Keith, was transported to Maine Medical Center in Portland, where he later died from his injuries.

The driver of the tractor-trailer, a 25-year-old man from Biddeford, sustained no injuries. Authorities reported that Keith was traveling southbound on Cape Road, while the tractor-trailer was heading north. Investigators are still looking into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

Cape Road was closed for about seven hours post-accident, according to police. Further details will be provided as the investigation continues.
