Fairfax, VA. – A 26-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident near Fair Lakes in Fairfax County on Friday evening.
According to the police, the accident happened on West Ox Road at Piney Branch Road at around 6 p.m.
A 2024 BMW motorcycle was traveling north on West Ox Road when it collided with a 2021 GMC SUV that was turning left onto eastbound Piney Branch Road.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
A passenger from the SUV was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening.
