Man Dies in Camden County Motorcycle Accident, Celebrated for His Kindness and Adventurous Spirit

GLOUCESTER CITY, NJ — A motorcycle accident this past weekend claimed the life of 29-year-old Kody L. Reilly from Stratford. Friends and family remember him as someone who spread joy and affection to those around him.

Reilly was riding his motorcycle on Interstate 76 on Saturday night when the crash occurred, according to State Police. The incident resulted in fatal injuries.

According to a GoFundMe set up in his honor, he passed away while doing something he cherished. He was described as someone who embraced life fully and brought laughter to others.

“Kody was always one to live on the wild side,” the campaign reads. “He worked hard and made everyone feel like they were family, whether related by blood or not.”

The GoFundMe also highlighted Reilly’s dedication to his siblings, particularly his strong protective bond with his younger brother.

The crash occurred at 7:29 p.m. on I-76 North at Exit 1D, as stated by State Police Trooper Christopher Postorino. Reilly was transitioning from Route 130 onto the interstate when he lost control of his Harley, struck a guardrail, and subsequently hit a telephone pole.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
