Motorcycle Crash Claims Life in Hamilton County Early Sunday Morning
HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – A fatal motorcycle crash occurred on Ooltewah Georgetown Road early Sunday at approximately 4:00 a.m.
According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), first responders found a deceased male, identified as Christopher Swartout, and a motorcycle off the roadway near the 6400 block.
The preliminary investigation indicates the motorcycle left the roadway while navigating a curve, striking a tree and a fence before coming to a stop in a nearby yard.
Authorities stated that HCSO personnel are actively investigating the incident. No additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding the crash have been released.
