Nashville, TN. – A motorcyclist died after colliding with a vehicle on Monday afternoon in Nashville.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department (MNPD), the accident happened around 2:20 p.m. on Murfreesboro Pike.
A 49-year-old man was riding a Suzuki Hayabusa motorcycle when he crashed into a Buick Envision that was making a left turn.
The motorcyclist was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he died while receiving treatment.
That driver was also taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
There were no signs of impairment on the part of either driver.
