Motorcycle Accident Claims Life of 31-Year-Old Trooper in Westborough
WESTBOROUGH, MA — Jacob G. Mick, a 31-year-old Massachusetts State Trooper, died on Sunday, June 28, 2026, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. The crash occurred at approximately 2:41 p.m. on Main Street.
Authorities reported that Mick was the sole occupant of the motorcycle and was wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. Emergency responders, including the Massachusetts State Police, arrived on scene, but Mick was pronounced dead shortly after.
Mick was a resident of Northborough and had previously served in the Stow and Northborough Police Departments before joining the Massachusetts State Police in 2023. He was known for his commitment to law enforcement and his community.
