Joplin Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash on Range Line Road
A 21-year-old man from Joplin died following a motorcycle crash on Range Line Road on Wednesday night.
Authorities identified the motorcyclist as Benjamin Hedrick. The accident occurred shortly before 10 p.m. in the 3300 block of Range Line Road when Hedrick, traveling northbound, collided with a pickup that turned south from a private drive.
Emergency responders transported Hedrick to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The driver and passenger of the pickup were reported unharmed.
The Joplin Police Department is investigating the incident.
