Motorcyclist Killed in High-Speed Crash in Albuquerque
Albuquerque, N.M. – A 29-year-old man died in a motorcycle accident at Zuni Road and San Pablo Street on Tuesday night, shortly after 9 p.m.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, the motorcycle was traveling eastbound at a high rate of speed when it collided with a red Toyota pickup truck turning left from Zuni onto southbound San Pablo. Witnesses reported that the motorcyclist was ejected upon impact.
Emergency medical responders transported the man to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the pickup truck remained at the scene.
Authorities said the investigation into the crash is ongoing, and further information will be released as it becomes available.
