TEXAS, USA — A motorcycle crash in a residential neighborhood resulted in a fireball explosion on April 2, narrowly avoiding nearby children.
The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. when a motorcycle skidded down the street in front of a home. According to local authorities, the rider lost control, struck a curb, and the bike erupted in flames.
Witness Robert Perez reported returning home from school with his son and discovering the scene. He reviewed home surveillance footage that showed the motorcycle crashing and the rider, engulfed in flames, running across the street before collapsing in a nearby field.
Emergency responders arrived, and a neighbor had initiated efforts to extinguish the blaze with a garden hose. Authorities confirmed there were no injuries to children and the motorcyclist survived the incident, walking away from the crash.
Perez stated he was relieved to learn that there were no serious injuries other than the rider. “The children are fine, and no one besides the rider was injured,” he remarked.
